Repetitive commercials on Roku Live TV

I don't mind commercials. At all. But FOR THE LOVE OF GOD it's driving us all to madness having to hear the EXACT SAME 5 COMMERCIALS OVER AND OVER AND OVER for what, over 7 months now??? NO MORE That's now we rooollll...on the rich eisen show TO ANOTHER LEVEL!! Weird Al I love Rocky Road Martha Stewart best life every freaking 10 minutes I am loosing my MIND. I work from home and like to keep Dateline on in the background but I just CAN'T deal anymore with this torturous loop. I will never watch or support any of these shows anymore, strictly out of spite. I literally want to murder Rich Eisen at this point. HAVE MERCY ROKU.

    I only want to watch Rich Eisen, bit it won't play in britian any more.

    I'm fed up of asking for a fix . Dont suppose it streams anywhere that isn't geo blocked does it ?

    Hey ..do like I do. .when the

    Commercials air, switch channels and go right back and you should get a splash screen with the channel name and a timer to when the show comes back in instead of sitting through the same stuff.

        That's what I mean. If you get a commercial loop. Switch channels and go back and they'll be a splash screen with a timer on most shows.

    I agree but now NewsMax is a mess. I’m going to be done with it because of that which who knife this Newsmax2. Will stay on Ruko to see the dumb commercials. I paid for NewsMax Plus and can’t get that either! WTH???

      Ya I do not buy Newsmaxes excuse about not being allowed to stream free. They are going to lose big on  this move. In this economy $4.99 for just typical news is nuts and the announcement came out of nowhere within 2 days. Not once did they notify anyone here until the day before.

       

      I also refuse to use a phone app to watch. I use very little apps on phones. If it's not on my Roku TV, Pluto , prime then they are out of luck in my household as we stopped paying for overpriced cable ripoff 2 years ago as well.

    Agree! I like the Roku Channel a lot but refuse to watch it.  In fact, I'm doing a lot more book reading these days because streaming gets more expensive or there are too many hoops to jump through.

      That dumb annoying chef lady that shouts "Follow your dreams's" is still playing on these dumb channels. FFS the commercial is over 2 years old and who cares about these shows that you advertise, no one watches them! It made me want to sock the TV screen. I have since reverted to pluto where there is zero commercials in between and only music and a graphic which is far better.

    I just watched Fox News (I usually keep it on through GUTFELD), and this time was a Dave and Busters commercial repeated 5 time without a break.  Last time, maybe a half hour before, the same commercial was repeated 6 times.  I mean the commercial ended, and without a beat, started again.  We're paying good money to Roku, and willing to buy from Fox advertisers, but this is too much.  The problem is Fox News is the best news channel out there.
