If you haven't already reinstalled the app, you need to do the following (in order, dont skip any steps):
- Sign out of the Tennis Channel app: My Account/My Account Details = Sign Out
- Remove Tennis Channel app: Highlight app/Options button (*) = Remove App
- Reboot Roku device: Settings/System/Power/System Restart = Restart
- Reinstall Tennis Channel app
- Re-authenticate/login Tennis Channel app
NOTE: Do NOT skip # 3 - you MUST reboot the device after removing the app to remove any leftover app data/cache/settings!!!
If all streams fail/app crashes to Home after that, you need to contact Tennis Channels CS about the issue (its their app - they develop and publish it): Submit a ticket to The Tennis Channel
