Re: Paramount+ won't stream and keeps buffering

I'm here yet again making the same complaint about a different app (Paramount+, not Sling TV this time) that is not working correctly on Roku, and Roku only.

The Paramount+ app is not working on my Roku or my roommate's Roku.  We both have the same device model.

My subscription with Paramount+ through Amazon Prime is still active and I CAN watch shows through Prime on my Roku.

I can also watch Paramount+ through their Paramount+ app on my XBox Series X (just like before when I had similar problems with my Sling app on Roku only, almost a year ago).

Is this because Roku is trying to interject something into my Paramount+ streaming service or something?  Are you trying to interject some commercials or something?

Yes, I've done the requisite testing that a software engineer would do ... since I am a software engineer.  This is a problem with Roku not letting Paramount+'s app run correctly.  Or, it could also be that Paramount+ made a change to their app that is failing on some of, but probably not all of, Roku's device 

Fix it.  Again.

EDIT 2025-07-20:  I updated the title of this discussion to refer to the Paramount+ app directly.  And to consolidate my testing on:
1)  My XBox Series X:  Paramount+ app works.
2)  My iPhone:  Paramount+ app works.
3)  My Firefox browser:  Paramount+ web site works.
4)  Paramount+ still does NOT work on:
     -  My Roku Ultra
     -  My house-mate's Roku Ultra (same model)

EDIT 2025-07-26:  I see this is now posted as a reply to someone else's post.  This **bleep** ain't working and I don't appreciate that I've received absolutely no correspondence on this issue and have received absolutely no updates.  IT IS MOST CERTAINLY NOT RESOLVED.
