If this is the only app with issues, contact the app provider directly, as Roku apps are maintained by their own developers.

Thanks for the speedy reply, John. I'd still like to know if others are having the same issue and might be on an eero network where there is ad blocking. It did not prevent the LG app from working, so I doubt is that's the issue, but it still seems like this is an issue that could be addressed here.
Try turning off the ad blocker on your eero network and see if that fixes the NFL app issue.

I will, but I was a bit loathe to turn it off for all things, but what is the "site" that I might select as "allowed?" I can't find the NFL app's URL...
