Hey there, I'm sorry to hear about this happening. From what I can tell from what you have shared you're looking at an issue around Century Link.
I'm not sure how many devices are being used in your household or is there is any gaming going on as well.
I will say 50-100 should be totally fine for a general use household. Anything over 200 is kind of unneeded for the most part. What it could be coming down to is the hardware. So if you have Century then we think about the modem, then going to the router, then being pushed out to the different areas around your house where your streaming devices, computers etc are.
What kind of Roku player do you have? When did you have xfinity and when did you move to Century? I'd be very curious to see what kind of router and modem you have. Did Century provide this?
