Peacock no sound

I opened the Peacock app tonight and there's no sound on that app.  I've removed it, reinstalled it, rebooted my Roku streaming stick 4K as well as clearing the cache and it doesn't fix the issue.  A...

    When you remove and reinstall an app, make sure you restart the device after you remove the app and before you reinstall it.

    If following the remove/reinstall procedure doesn't help, when you're watching a video on Peacock, press * on your remote and make sure none of the Volume leveling modes (under Sound settings) are enabled.  Sometimes it seems like the video has to be restarted after making a change to that setting for it to take effect.  If that doesn't do it, go into the Accessibility & language options (again, press * while watching a video) and see if there's an option for a different Audio track.

    If it's still a problem, it might help to know more about your setup like whether you're using a soundbar or AVR and how it's connected.
