Same issue and my router does t block anything. So frustrating, and seems to be a recurrent or never really solved problem.

We understand you're having the same issue on the PBS app.
To help us look closely, can you share some info?
- What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
- If possible, could you provide any videos so we can understand the exact behavior of the app?
In the meantime, try to restart your Roku device.
- Go to Settings> select System> select Power> select System Restart.
