Having the same issue with the PBS episode picker. If you go into a show and down to the list the list of episodes, as soon as you hover over the first episode in the list it will crash back to the home screen. 3 different rokus (two sticks 3600x and 1 roku express 4k) all 3 do this and it's ONLY with the PBS app.
I have done all of the trouble shooting in the threads. Removed the app, rebooted, re-installed, logged in. Pick an episode, crash. No firewall is blocking anything, no other issues with any of the other apps at all. Quite frustrating as we pay for the PBS passport and can't use it.
Thank you for letting us know that you're having an issue with PSB apps, which return to the Roku Home screen while streaming. Our team is currently looking into this issue.
Help us investigate the issue further by providing the following:
- Roku device model, serial number, and device ID. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID, OS version, and build (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
- App build version (highlight the app and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote)
