Paramount Plus Error occurred during playback

I have tried the posted solution for this and it does not work. Cannot play any content on paramount!

Device model 3500EU Roku stick 

Serial no 2md55t019277

Device id none

Software version 11.0.0 build 4195-09

Paramount plus version 6.3 build 103

Timestamp 2024-11-04 T20.59.01Z

Issue is 77-444-779

Please help!

    Model 3500?  That model hasn't been supported for quite a while.  The last software version it received is 11 and they're rolling out version 14.  I'd say there's no chance of getting Paramount+ to work on it.  Sorry, but it's time for an upgrade.
