My family and I only use certain apps on Roku. Netflix, peacock, Disney+, and prime video. Lately when we click into one of the apps it tells us there’s not enough space for that app and to remove ap...

This is a pretty common issue that has been posted about here many times.  Try doing either a system restart on your Roku or try unplugging the power for about 60 seconds.   It is usually a corrupt cache issue, and the OS sometimes doesn't do a good job at clearing it.
