No Subtitles Available on Roku Channel Content

Run Lola Run, a Roku channel exclusive, has no burnt in subtitles as most foreign language films do when shown in the US.  It only has captions every once in a while

    Looks like you’re having an issue with subtitles on The Roku Channel, as they’re not showing up. 

    Can you let us know if this happens just at the start of the show or throughout the whole thing?
