No sound

I rewound a movie to start from the beginning. The audio was fine until I got to the beginning of the movie and what I hit watch I have no sound. I’ve read all the things you’re supposed to do. I’ve unplugged it. I’ve rebooted it. I’ve checked all the volumes And I still have nothing ,now what?

    We understand that some users are reporting no audio across multiple apps. We're on it!

    Step 1: Try restarting your Roku device:

    • Home > Settings > System > Power > System restart
      (Skip "Power" if it's not shown)

    If the issue persists, please share:

    • Roku model, software version, serial number, device ID
      (Found under Settings > System > About)
    • Tracker ID (Press Home 5x, then Back 5x)
    • short video of the issue, if possible
