No sound when I turn the tv on

I have a new tcl tv and every morning there is no sound until I go into settings and restart the tv or unplug it and plug it back in. I have checked all the cables that is not the issue.

    We understand that you're facing unintended behavior with your TV's sound not working after turning on the TV. We'd be happy to provide assistance and get this issue resolved. 

    You may try this...

    1. Press Home 
       
      on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
    5. Select System restart

    In either case, your Roku device will complete a system restart and hopefully return to normal operation after a moment. If it does not, continue to the next section.

    Please keep us posted so we can take a closer look at it.
