No channels will not load - not even the Roku channel

Roku has had two different models named Roku 2. Settings / System / About will give you your model number.
- Only the most recent, model 4270, is still being supported and receiving updates. It is currently on or being updated to Roku version 14.
- Model 2720 has not received a Roku update since Roku version 11.0.
- Several earlier Roku model names had a 2 followed by letters (Roku 2 HD/XD/XS) that haven't received updates since Roku version 9.1.
When you go to Settings / Network / Check connection:
- Do you get checkmarks in all 3 circles?
- If so, when you return to the Network page, what does it show as your download speed?

We've reviewed the details of your Roku device and found out that it is no longer supported with the latest software updates since it is part of Roku's Legacy products. Legacy Roku devices are discontinued models that no longer receive updates to the Roku OS.
