I’m having the same issue and it turns out my sister and parents as well. This is extremely frustrating. This is the one thing I want to use my Roku for and I end up having to watch on my phone. Please fix this!
Jumping in here as well. As of December 24 9:30 PM EST I signed into the Roku NFL app with my Optimum credentials and it will not let me access the New England - Denver game on right now. I can watch it on my cable subscription but not via the Roku app.
Who cares less - nfl or Roku? Somehow the geniuses who program the AppleTV app have figured this out. Too much for the Roku brain trust?
