NewsOn - KFOX Channel, El Paso, TX

Hello.  KFox out of El Paso is buggy again. Couple of examples:

1.  Freezes

2. In the middle of a news report the station will suddenly revert to a news report aired a couple minutes ago and then suddenly catch up to a present time report.

3. Station will go black during news cast much like the famed Windows Blue Screen.

Please look into this set of problems.  Thank you.
