New Express 4K wont connect to channels
Just hooked up a new Roku express 4k and everything seemed to connect fine but when I click on a channel it won't connect.
Live TV guide just keeps going back to the home screen also.
1 year old Samsung TV that had an older express that worked ok.

We'd like to check if this live TV channel is coming from your antenna or cable TV. Have you tried removing and reinserting both the OTA and cable connections as well as the Roku device?
Please try doing this and see if it helps with what you're experiencing.
