Netflix Not Working. Stuck at 20% or 24%
Same issue. Tried all the suggestions I could find in this thread, none of them work.
did anything work for you? @Roku, any fixes coming? Seems like a problem for a long time.

We understand the issue you have encountered with the Netflix app on your Roku device that is stuck at a 20% loading screen, and we're here to help you address the issue. For this matter, we would follow the troubleshooting step that we'll provide for you to perform. Refer to the instructions below.
- Navigate to the channel tile on the Roku home screen, press the star (*) key on your remote, and choose "Remove channel".
- Next, restart your device from Settings > System > Power > System Restart (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
- Once your player/TV starts up again, go to "Streaming Store" on the Home screen, and add the channel back once more.

Once performed, try to access the app once again and play content to see if you notice any improvements.
