We’re aware that some users recently experienced no sound on Netflix through their Roku devices.
Quick update (5/28):
Most customers are seeing this fixed after a recent system update.When you get a chance, please try the following steps to update your device:
- Press the Home button on your Roku remote
- Go to Settings
- Select System
- Choose System Update
- Hit Check Now and follow the prompts
