None of that is the issue. I’m able to watch my live stream local sports on my cable channel on my TiVo, NBC Sports cable channel on my Astound broadband subscription so there’s no reason why I shouldn’t be able to watch it on the Roku. As stated before this exact issue happened back in 2023 and it took Roku seven weeks to fix it.
I have already logged out logged back in re-authenticated deleted the app and added it back. None of that is working. I included a link to the previous chain back in 2023 where they admitted there was an issue and it took seven weeks to fix. It’s the same exact error happening again.
Have you ever been able to use your Astound subscription with your Roku device?
Are you able to select Astound as a TV Provider. Alternatively, who are you selecting as a TV provider when prompted?
While I came across some previous info for Roku and Astound, the Astound Broadband website does not mention Roku as a currently supported device.

Yes I’ve been using my Astound subscription for years on the Roku. As stated in my post this exact issue happened in 2023 and Roku took seven weeks to fix it. It had nothing to do with what the user was doing it was Roku and a problem with the NBC Sports app. I’m hoping by continuing to post here it will get somebody’s attention and they will get it fixed!

Thank you for acknowledging this. Please keep us posted. I hope it doesn’t take seven months to get this fixed like last time. You can refer to the thread that I posted for when this happened before.
I have reported it to NBC directly however it appears to be an issue with Roku app version of the NBC Sports app only. It’s not an NBC Sports issue
