My profile disappeared from Hulu and all recordings gone

We always had 2 profiles on Hulu using Roku. Normally just click on one of them. All recordings done under that profile (my spouses name). I decided to click on my name, and after that, when getting back on Hulu, only my name appeared. When I went to My Stuff, there was nothing. 

I need to get my husband's profile back, as that is where all my recordings are.

On the Hulu website, both profiles appear. But not on the TV. 

Any help appreciated!

    We'd be happy to be of assistance here and help you contact the right support regarding your account issue within the Hulu app.

    Please be informed that Roku doesn't manage account (profile) authentication within Hulu as most apps on the Roku streaming platform are being managed by the channel provider themselves independently. In this case, since this is an account issue, we highly recommend coordinating this with the Hulu Support team for further assistance. 

    We hope this will be sorted out soon.
