It looks like you have an issue with the multiple apps on your Roku TV.
Have you attempted to reset the network connection? If not, please visit this link to do so.
Important note: Ensure you have the correct Wi-Fi credentials as you will reconnect the Roku device to the internet. If you're using the Roku Mobile App and don't have a physical Roku remote, we recommend not following the steps without it, as you will be disconnected from the network and will be required to have one to re-establish the network.
If that doesn't work, sharing what happens when you launch the app and if you see any error messages could help narrow things down.
