Manage installed channels

I'm trying to Manage my Channels (apps) through the Roku Website (on my laptop), but can't find where I can do this. I believe I was able to in the past. The only thing I can do is add a "channel" (an app) from the website (on my laptop), which does nothing when I turn on my Roku (stick) because the "channel" (app) doesn't appear on my screen. I do not have the Roku phone app, and prefer not to have it on my phone. I use my laptop to access my Roku account on-line.

Where is this option? Not everyone wants to download the Roku app (or other apps) to their phone for the ability to make changes to their account. People still use laptops and computers.

Please let me know where I can find this information on my laptop Roku account. If there's not an option to manage my apps from my laptop, when will Roku provide this option in the future? I personally have 2 sticks and 1 TV in my house. I've purchased 3 for family members, of which 2 are elderly and do not know how to add or delete channels. It was difficult to teach them how to use the remote.

This option should be available.

It looks like you're having an issue with managing the installed apps in your Roku device and TV.

Heads up, we do have two (2) options to delete or add an app. The first one is doing it directly on the TV, or doing it with the use of the Roku Mobile app. If you opt not to use the Roku Mobile app, you can check this on How to remove an app, and this one on How to add apps using your Roku Streaming device.

    Hope this helps!

Yes, I understand how to do that. I'm looking for a list of the apps I already have on my Roku stick. Where I can I find the list?

The list of installed apps on your Roku Streaming Stick can be located from the Roku Home screen. The main screen of your Roku device displays a grid of installed apps.

You can move an app, remove it, or manage subscriptions by simply going to the Home screen and highlighting the app you want to manage, then pressing the Star * button for more options.
