Lip-sync Issue SportsNet with Prime Video

Using Amazon Prime app, subscribed to SportsNet, Watching commercials is also relevant, panel there is a Lip-sync issue, it's off by ~1 Second, It's not noticeable unless you pay attention to who ever is speaking. I don't think there is a fix as Amazon grabs the video from Rogers/SportsNet then streams it through their servers onto ROKU device.

    Please tell us more details so that we can better understand the problem you are having.

    • When did the issue occur?
    • What software version is your Roku device currently running? (Check on Settings > System > About)
    • Do you have any other device(s) connected to your TV? (e.g., speakers and other sound systems)
    • Have you tried restarting your Roku device?
    • Have you tried restarting your network router?

    In the meantime, please try power-cycling your Roku device by unplugging it from the wall power outlet and plugging it back in to fix temporary glitches. You can also restart your network router to refresh the network connection.
