Lifetime and Starz access

Could you help me restart my lifetime and my Starz on my Roku I paid the bill and it is still not on

    It seems like you have an issue accessing the Lifetime and Starz apps, even if you already paid for the subscription. 

    When you open the app, do you get an error message? If yes, can you send a photo?
