Apple TV will not load on Roku Tv

Apple TV will still not load on my Roku TV. I have tried restarting the system many times. I have chatted with customer support, transferred to a human, and then keep getting dropped when they cannot resolve my issue. I am very frustrated. This seems to be a recurring problem given the number of posts on this topic. Roku needs to address this issue or refund our subscriptions

    Roku device model, Device ID, Serial Number, and Software version (It can be found in Settings > System > About)

    Serial number X0120200803PPP

    Software version 14.6

    • Tracker ID (Press Home five times, then press Back button five times when the issue occurs)

    id PP-419-186

    • App build version (Highlight the app from the Home Screen and press the Star * Button)
