Just got Roku box and channels are playing the same episode of many shows over and over and over

There is an alternate LiveTV channel for Martha Stewart on the free channel/app Plex that you can install on your Roku device. https://channelstore.roku.com/details/68e8d568fdd68a1197a2b9a5f69e16c0/plex-free-movies-and-tv

Otherwise, there is plenty of on-demand Martha Stewart content available for free on the Roku Channel.  Just use the Search feature from the left side Home Screen Menu. (search Martha Stewart).  With on-demand (VOD) you can watch different seasons/episodes rather than the LiveTV offerings.
