Shows Displayed on the Wrong Channels

On the Roku apps on my TVs and mobile, shows will be listed that are NOT on the channels that are listed.  The app will also NOT list channels that shows are actually on.  For example the app recently listed the new movie F1 on, I think, Tubi.  It wasn't there.  Today it lists the UVA/NC football game 3 channels but NOT on ESPN where it is.  The app lists "Bad Boys Ride or Die" on Tubi, but the movie is actually something called "Slide or Die."

The chat guy--who was useless--said the channels are responsible for providing the information, but ROKU needs to have someone we can advise when the information THEY provide is wrong.

    It looks like you're experiencing issues with shows being listed under incorrect channels. Let's get more details on this. 

    • Could you let us know which channels the UVA/NC football game was listed under?
    • What other shows have you noticed being listed under the wrong channels?
    • When did the issue first start? 
    • If possible, a video of the issue would be helpful.

    I don't see ESPN in this list, so I wouldn't expect Roku to have much, if any, data for them.  (Of course, the "Last updated on 2/21/2024" is not completely confidence-inspiring.)
