Before we proceed, may we first know if you have already installed the Apple TV app on your Roku TV? If so, kindly open the Apple TV app and then go to the Library tab > choose Downloaded.

The downloaded tabs isn’t in my library; can I change this in settings?

Have you tried restarting your Roku device to see if it helps? To restart, please navigate to Settings > System > Power > System restart (if you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step).
