How to remove horror movie ads on the home screen?

I would've thought this would be easy. 

I have a 3 and a 7 year old. On the home screen is an ad for Terrifier....my kids done need to see that. How do I get rid of it? I'm not talking about thr big ad on the right, I know I can only disable that specific ad (which is rediculous), but I'm talking about recommendation above my aps. Why Roku? That's a rhetorical question, I know the answer is money, but there should be a way to protect my children from this.
