Home Screen Not Working - Can't Hover Over Channels to Select

In just the past few days, our home screen on Roku has not been working properly, the channels take a long time to show up and then when you try to hover over them you cannot click them or sometime...

    We understand the issue you've encountered with your Roku device regarding the home screen interface, and we're here to help you resolve the issue. We'd like to recommend performing a system update as a troubleshooting step.

    Follow the instructions below to manually check for software and app updates.

    1. Press Home 
       
       on your Roku remote
    2. Scroll and select Settings
    3. Select System
    4. Select Software update
    5. Select Check Now to manually check for updates

    If your Roku device cannot update to the latest software version 14.0, let us know and we'll continue to assist you further.
