Home Screen Not Working - Can't Hover Over Channels to Select
In just the past few days, our home screen on Roku has not been working properly, the channels take a long time to show up and then when you try to hover over them you cannot click them or sometimes the highlighted (white) frame around the channel won't move, or just goes to the promoted Roku larger box.
What has changed? Is Roku now forcing people to upgrade with a new stick or box? I also noticed, with our device, (a Roku stick) I am no longer eligible for support. Real nice.

Follow the instructions below to manually check for software and app updates.
- Press Home
- Scroll and select Settings
- Select System
- Select Software update
- Select Check Now to manually check for updates
