Hallmark channels missing

The issue with not getting hallmark back thru ruku has not been resolved!  I’m paying a subscription each month and not getting the hallmark channels!  I might as well cancel my subscription andnot even have it if can’t watch!  Don’t understand why this can’t be resolved.
