- Kbwh12 years agoChannel SurferI’m working with the Gothem sports app right now. I did the uninstall and unplug for a min and the reinstall the app. It still crashes when I select any content. I can access the channel but the content sends me back to the Roku Home Screen. - RokuCarly2 years agoCommunity ModeratorHi, Kbwh1. Greetings from the Roku Community! Thanks for keeping us posted about the streaming issues you're currently experiencing within the Gotham Sports app. In addition to what our Community Expert provided above post, it's best to directly coordinate this with their Support team as they develop and maintain their app on the Roku streaming platform independently. They will be able to further assist you with this. We hope this will be sorted out soon. Best regards,
 Carly

- renojim2 years agoCommunity Streaming Expertjgunns13, Roku doesn't offer support for individual apps (other than their own). It's up to the provider/developer (in this case Gotham Advanced Media and Entertainment) to provide support. All you'll get from Roku is to restart your device or perform the remove/restart/add procedure mentioned above.
