Getting the complete free channels list

Hello ! Where can I get the complete listing of the free channels that I get with a Roku® Streaming Stick® 4K+ ? I am helping a friend who is building his new big house and wanting to check if Roku...

Keep in mind that what Roku refers to as "channels" the rest of the world would refer to as apps.  If you're trying to do a comparison with cable TV it gets really complicated.
