I am from Mexico City,
I don't have any contact those channels customer support.
Even if there was a country-level availability restriction, they should indicate this before purchasing this service.
The best solution would be to offer a free 24-hour service, for example, with the option to purchase.
If you paid for those accounts through Roku, you could contact Roku customer support under the customer support page. To check if you have subscriptions listed, you can log into your Roku account and check what subscriptions you have through Roku. If you have subscriptions listed through your Roku account. you can reach out to Roku customer support on the support page, scroll down, contact us, accounts/subscriptions, then select the next issue and contact by phone/chat.
If you paid for those subscriptions through each service, then you will have to try to contact those channels directly. You can check for the developer's name on the Roku channel page. It looks like each of those channels get pretty poor reviews and have different developers. It is possible these channels have gone out of business or been suspended for some reason.
If you cannot contact them and the channels don't work, my other suggestion would be to contact your credit card/bank and dispute the charges so that you can get refunded.
Roku doesn't control what third party channels do and don't do, unless it involves illegal content, which they don't permit.
