Fox News App continues to FREEZE

This is so annoying.  The FOX NEWS APP started freezing a few years ago.  It has never been corrected. Roku blames FOX NEWS  and vice versa!  Can someone in charge from ROKU step in and correct this issue?  I’ve continues to delete this app then reinstall it. I make sure my ROKU is up to date and the APP is up to date, I disconnect the router and reconnect and nothing works. SO IRRITATING.  this should not be happening.  FIX IY ONCE AND FOR ALL. HAVE YOUR TECHS CONTACT FOX NEWS TO FINALLY FIX THIS ONGOING ISSUE.

    We understand you're experiencing an issue with the Fox News app freezing on your Roku device. We'd like to confirm, does this issue occur on all of your Roku devices, and does it affect all content within the app? 

    Also, have you tried using a different connection, such as a mobile hotspot, to see if there's any difference? Additionally, try accessing the app on a non-Roku device, like your phone, to check if the issue persists there as well.
