ESPN app loads and kicks back to the Home screen

I was on the phone with ESPN customer support for 45 minutes. I can get the app on my mobile phone, no problem. They tried but were unable to help me. All my other streaming apps work. It appears the app is going to load but then goes back to home

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand you're having trouble with the ESPN app. Try these steps:

    1. Restart your streaming device: Home > System > Power (If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step) > System restart.
    2. Update the channel: Open the ESPN app, press the star button on your remote, and select Check for updates.
    3. Remove and re-add the channel
