ESPN App Issues - ESPN 3 connection error on replays (Internet Provider Authentication)

Way was this topic closed as solved when the last thing that was posted by the moderator was that they are aware and working on it and will let us know when the problem is resolved?

Could you please provide an image of the TV screen showing the error, along with the exact behavior of the ESPN app? Did the error appear during streaming, or right after you launched the channel?
