We see that you're encountering an error message when trying to access the Roku Channel app. You could try the following steps.
- Check your Wi-Fi connection. (Settings > Network > Check Connection)
- Reset your Wi-Fi or Router. (Unplug and replug from the power source for 10 seconds)
- Restart your device. (Go to Settings > System > Power. If you don't see a Power submenu, skip to the next step. Then select System Restart.)
