Has anyone fix this error code ?? Error Code :Cloudpath ErrorAuthorizationNIP.

I was trying to get on the Kelly Clarkson show but it said there was an error code so that's why I'm trying to connect with you so I can watch the TV

    So does that mean I can't watch NBC or could the code be fixed
