Disney Plus skipping through episodes

While my son was watching Ravens Home on disney plus, as soon as he hit season 4 episode 1, the episode will play for about 3.5 minutes and then try to skip to the next episode. I spent over 2 hours ...

It has happened to me as well with a different show. Got through 3 seasons fine. First episode in the 4th season I can get about 25 min in and it skips to the next one, same with episode 2.

    Thanks for the post.

    Can you please provide us the following information:
    -Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
    -does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
    -tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
    -steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
