Disney plus and ESPN login through disney plus

On only roku devices I keep getting error 93 when trying to open disney plus app.  The HULU let's me login no problem using other device.  Trying for disney plus does not even get to login.  ESPN app can login with service provider but when I try to login so I can get the full ESPN plus unlocked it does not work.  Thinking because it is trying to use the disney plus login.
