Disney+ not working on my Roku TV
My Disney+ app is not working at all since the last 2 weeks. I've tried multiple times to uninstall and reinstall the app, without any success. I've check about updating the software of the TV itself, everything is up to date.
Is this a problem with Disney?

We appreciate the update. We'd like to understand the issue you are experiencing when trying to access the Disney+ channel. Are you able to access the channel but not able to play content, or does it keep taking you back to the home screen? We also suggest trying to use a mobile hotspot to see if that makes a difference.
