Disney+ not working on my Roku TV

My Disney+ app is not working at all since the last 2 weeks. I've tried multiple times to uninstall and reinstall the app, without any success. I've check about updating the software of the TV itself...

    We appreciate the update. We'd like to understand the issue you are experiencing when trying to access the Disney+ channel. Are you able to access the channel but not able to play content, or does it keep taking you back to the home screen? We also suggest trying to use a mobile hotspot to see if that makes a difference.
