Thanks for posting regarding the issue you are experiencing with a playback issue. We would be more than happy to look further into this issue! To clarify, when removing the Disney+ channel, did you perform a system restart because this is a crucial part? If not, follow these steps:
- Remove the channel.
- Restart your Roku device: Restart the device from the settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
- Re-install the channel.

turn I restarted in every way possible (reset button, usb unplug, software), uninstalled
it keeps popping up Disney+ which I DON’T WANT TO SUBSCRIBE TO.

Was about to come to testing the remote without batteries and…… you’re right
opened the thing, inhibited the physical Disney button, but the bug keeps running.
so I will use the virtual remote on my old iPhone…..

Thanks for keeping us posted, Rpm92109.
Could you tell us if your Roku remote has a Disney+ button on it? If so, it could be possible that the button may have stuck; try to check and make sure that it's not stuck.
We also recommend trying that device on a different TV to see if you're still seeing the same issue.
