Thanks for the update DGarniss in my case I setup a brand new ROKU stick but the problem was the same as my original stick. This was using my existing ROKU account. Don't really want to have to setup a new ROKU account if possible. I wonder if the time shift issue is to do with the other problems of Ch4/Ch5/U not working, live or catchup, which could possibly be a geolocation issue. Stick appearing to be in the wrong country? Is Ch4/Ch5/U working for you and were they working before?
Yes, everything working now I’ve set up a new account. Bit of a pain logging into all apps again but it works for me.

Yes, I’ve checked all apps and all work, and all live tv channels. Loads of issues before I set up new account. Now none.
