The issue began March 2025, I have 2 Ruko boxes & both showed live tv guide but when pressing a channel it was 6hrs behind & this was across all my Discovery channels.I contacted Discovery who suggested many things to try but it didnt work. I even purchased a new Ruko box but still have the problem. I have it on my phone & thats working fine.

We'd like to coordinate this issue with our Roku team. Please send some details:- Roku device model, serial number, and device ID. (This can all be found in Settings > System > About)
- Tracker ID and OS version, and build (press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
- Channel build version (highlight the channel and press the star (*) button of your Roku remote

Has mentioned I have 2 Ruko boxes, both Models 3930EU Roku Express,
(Box1) seriel: X00400M6GPR4, I.D: 5010332YGPR4
(Box 2) seriel: X00400A8TAUW I.D:50103278TAUW
Both on software 14.5
I really hope someone either at Ruko or Discovery can sort this glitch out.
