It’s too bad they still haven’t addressed this. Between this and an issue with frame rate on the Netflix app, I ended up returning the Roku Ultra 2020.
I've watched several DV titles on Disney+ the past week, and didn't notice anything in particular about the quality. Seems about the same as my '19 Shield tube. This is on the LG Nano85 set, so perhaps it's TV specific.

I returned the unit that I had. It was green screening. The replacement will be here today. If it has the same issues I will return it and get another brand. I like Roku but the lack of support isn't acceptable.

Remember that Roku isn't the manufacturer of the TV, so issues such as green screen is out of their control.
But I agree Roku tech support has virtually disappeared during COVID. There's not much the forum admins can do to help if there's no tech they can reach out to. I know they try, but there's stuff that only a tech can help with.

It's a contrast issue with the Roku device, they can adjust it with a firmware, video content appears crushed in dark scenes. I have used other streaming devices and it is nowhere near as dim as the Roku. I tried out an apple tv streamer and it is probably the best one of the bunch in terms of picture quality.
