Thanks for the first post in the Roku Community!
We're sorry for the experience that it has caused you. Have you tried restarting your Roku device to see if it helps? We recommend doing this from the Settings menu by navigating to Settings > System > Power > System restart. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step.
If this doesn't help, could you let us know what other troubleshooting steps you have taken to try to resolve the issue?
